We are pleased to announce that that Namaste India 2026 will be held at Yoyogi Park Event Area, same as 2025 expecting about 200,000 visitors.

Stalls will be composed of 6 categories. They are Restaurants, Beverage (B), Services(E: Esthetic, Healing, Yoga etc.), Tourism & Corporate Advertisement (T), Vendors (V). The Working Committee will do the best to share happiness and great success of Namaste India event with all the participants among government concerns, enterprises, stall holders, stage performers as well as all the visitors.

As entry application for stall is limited 21st July, 2026 , we would like those who are interested in participation of stalls to place Entry Application for Stall as early as possible. Please be advised that Namaste India is an event exclusively featuring culture of India. Other countries’ culture and like will be out of scope in performance and stalls, except for cultural introduction performed at the stage admitted by the Working Committee.

Prior to lodging application, you are kindly requested to read and agree with the Memorandum of Rules and Compliance which are part of Rental Agreement on Tent Facility. In case of not following the rules, that is subject to rejection of application.

Due to the ongoing situation in Iran, the outlook for securing naphtha-derived products―particularly materials used for water supply facilities―remains uncertain.
As a result, we have no choice but to reduce the size of the restaurant area this year.
Although the size of the tents will remain unchanged, the frontage of each booth will be reduced from the previous 5.4 meters to 3.6 meters.
In addition, each Restaurant Vendor may apply for a maximum of two booths.
The total number of restaurant booths available will also be reduced compared with previous years. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

○ Grouping:
Approved applicants will be required to attend the orientation session on Wednesday, July 28, 2026.
Group A：Vendors who have operated at least five stalls in the past or who have been recognized for their contribution to the event.
Group B：Other continuing stall holders and new applicants.


○ Steps taken till the event dates:
On 28 July, 2026:In principle, two orientation sessions (one for Group A and one for Group B)will be held on the same day at the Embassy of India. Stall location map will be disclosed following to distribution of Tent Rental Agreement to respective participants and in turn function of stall selection will be carried out in the manner of picking draw by the participants.


7 August ,2026: Due Date of payment for the Rental Agreement for stall.
Participation in Namaste India will become effective upon receipt of payment by this due date. Late payment may result in disqualification of your application.

On 28 August, 2026: The final orientation session for all participants will be held at the Embassy of India in Tokyo.

○ Condition of Cancellation：
No refund of payment for the Tent Rental Fee in case of reason by participants as well as cancellation of the festival due to the reason for natural disaster like typhoon, earthquake, epidemic dengue fever.

○　Conditions on participation：
1.　Managing own sales shop or net shop. Individual imports made solely for participation in this event are not eligible.
2.　Products and or merchandizes are made in India.
3.　In case of sales of food items, it is compulsory to put food description seal describing raw materials and shelf life under legal law. No cooking and tasting service is possible.

1.　Legal business registration holder with won service shop
Individual and or group organized for this event participation will be out of scope.
2．Because of insufficient sanitary condition on outdoor services, it should be in principle within the activity for promotion and demonstration purpose. But lease sanitary condition should be prepared for.

○　Conditions on participation：
This category is open to NPOs, NGOs, and India-related organizations (such as schools and Indian community organizations in Japan) approved by the Executive Committee.

1. Distribution of promotional materials is permitted.
2. The sale of merchandise is not permitted.
3. Exception: NPOs and NGOs may conduct fundraising sales, provided that the area used for sales does not exceed 70% of the booth space.
4. Unlike other categories, booth locations will be assigned by the Secretariat.
