We regret to announce Namaste India 2020 28th Nov. (Sat.) and 29th Nov. (Sun) will be cancelled.
Japanese Government have made the control softer over the limit of numbers for Event affairs from 19th September, 2020 and Tokyo prefectural municipality which is the control body over the event site will give the permission to use the park after November, 2020.
However, it is very difficult to follow the restrictions given by Tokyo prefectural municipality such as limiting the numbers of entry to 50% of usual year, strict control over the persons of entry and exit and food and beverage section to follow the strict roles of countermeasures for Covid 19 infection. So, we have to cancel to hold Namaste India this year.
As we have been receiving inquiries and opinions from Stage performers and Stall operators, we have been discussing and negotiating with concerned parties till date but we would like to inform you Namaste India 2020 is to be canceled.
We request you to kindly understand and cooperate with the situation.
We, Office of Namaste India, however, will keep on trying our best to search theway for the possibility to hold the festival till the last moment.
