Would you like to join Namaste India 2026 as a volunteer?
As a volunteer, you will play an important role in supporting Japan’s largest Indian cultural festival. Volunteer activities include setting up the venue, assisting with the event headquarters and the Cultural Plaza, and helping with dismantling after the event.
The festival day will be a long one―nearly 12 hours―but during your breaks, you will have the opportunity to explore the festival booths, enjoy authentic Indian cuisine, and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Namaste India.

Venue management |
Volunteers rotate through a variety of roles, including venue patrol, clean-up activities, the Eco Station, and visitor assistance at the Information Tent. |

Dressing Sari |
Assist visitors at the Sari Dressing Booth. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Lottery Booth |
Assist with the operation of the lottery booth. |
|
|
|
|
|
Event Headquarters |
Support the operation of the event headquarters. Assist visitors, exhibitors, media representatives, and event staff. |

|
|
Stage Support |
Assist and guide stage performers. |
|
|
|
|
|
Event Photography |
Photograph the event and capture memorable moments throughout the festival. |
